I purchased 2 sets of this RAM for 2 Mac Mini’s. (Intel Core 2 Duo’s) Works great, speed is great and the cost is way below Apple’s price.
Tested 100% on both Mini’s as well.
The RAM was perfectly compatible with my mid-2008 MacBookPro. One piece of advice- you need a Philips Size #00 screwdriver to open the door on the RAM compartment of the MacBookPro. I had to search all over town and eventually bought one at a small electronic supply store. Do yourself a favor and just order one at the same time if you plan to put this RAM in your MacBookPro.
This ram is exactly what it says it is. When purchasing ram make sure all the numbers match up with your computer and take into account that many computers cannot utilized all of the ram’s potential. For example, my current computer can only utilize a little over 3 GB of this ram, but a computer with a 64-bit processor would be able to utilize all 4 GB.
